Bryan Burke, LMHC
Bryan Burke, LMHC is a licensed mental health clinician who has worked in outpatient, psychiatric inpatient units, child and adolescent residential group homes, and short-term acute/crisis stabilization placements. Bryan specializes in solution-focused care, behavior management, and family dynamic issues, including parenting skills. He has a particular interest in helping young adults develop and excel in their own identified role as members or their families and communities. Areas of expertise include the following:

Dr Whitney Wykoff, Ed.D
Whitney Wykoff, Ed.D, is a licensed psychologist and trained neuropsychologist with over 20 years' experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments of individuals ranging in age from 5 to 60. Assessments are conducted to answer a number of referral questions including, but not limited to, diagnostic clarification, determining needed levels of care and living needs, school and IEP/504 Plan assessment for services and for benefit from psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Dr. Wykoff is also trained in Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment, EMDR with specialization in trauma work, ADHD and learning disabilities, anxiety disorders, and depression.

Dr Sheeba Thomas, Psy.D
Sheeba Thomas, Psy.D, is a Clinical Psychologist providing assessments as well as individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Sheeba's counseling approach is based on the biopsychosocial model and integrates both cognitive-behavioral and systems theories. Sheeba has a special interest in working with ethnically diverse populations and providing culturally-informed treatment. She has experience working with behavioral issues related to ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Sonya McComiskie, LICSW is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has over 20 years of experience in the field. She has worked with children, families, adolescents and adults on issues of anxiety, depression, development of coping skills, and a variety of other emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. She works from a systems-focused, cognitive behavioral perspective where treatment is solution-focused, is client centered, and draws from client strengths. Brooke English, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked with clients of all ages and in a variety of settings, including in-home family therapy, domestic violence support and counseling, and as an advocate for victims’ rights legislation in New Hampshire. Brooke approaches her work with a strengths-based, client-centered lens coupled with a welcoming and engaged presence. Brooke's central clinical styles include narrative therapy, solutions-focused therapy, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Adam Miller, LICSW
Therapy
Adam is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with years of experience across many different settings, including medical social work, work with veterans and unhoused populations, addiction, and clinical counseling. Adam works with late adolescents, adults, and couples. His approach to providing therapy is practical and strengths-based, meeting clients where they are at and helping them devise a road map forward. Adam prioritizes clients’ self-determination while encouraging them to make the small day-to-day changes, adding up to sustainable self-empowerment and growth. He frequently utilizes skills from ACT therapy, CBT, and narrative therapy, among others, to customize his care to his clients’ individual needs. Adam’s areas of expertise and specialties include:
